An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Admissions & Enrolment Co-ordinator in one of the country’s largest Colleges.

The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and management for all aspects of student recruitment from enquiry, application, interview, offer, acceptance to student enrolment. You will oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the college’s end-to-end student recruitment and information function. The post-holder will manage a multichannel contact centre and team of staff responsible for customer enquiries, processing of student applications via an online portal system and supporting the conversion of student applications to enrolment in line with agreed service standards.

You will be tasked with driving a culture of best practice, positive team spirit, excellence in customer service and continuous business improvement around process management. This will include reporting on and managing the student application process workflows to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are regularly achieved at each key stage of the recruitment process.
