Description

The Fabrication and Welding workshops at the Vauxhall Centre of The City of Liverpool College are equipped with a range of industrial standard machinery. This ten week evening course offers the following processes for both the novice and for those who wish to improve their abilities and techniques:

- Oxy-acetylene welding and cutting

- Manual metal arc welding (often just referred to as Arc Welding)

- MIG/MAG welding

- TIG/TAG welding

In addition to the welding processes on offer there is a full complement of fabrication machinery including: guillotines, folders, rolls and presses.

This is a roll on roll off course offered of an evening which has weekly start dates throughout the year, but should there be sufficient interest we may be able to also offer a daytime course.
