Facethetics Training delivers training to Medical Professionals and Beauty Therapists.  We are located in Aigburth, South Liverpool and deliver injectable aesthetic training and skin training. 

We deliver training days on cosmetic procedures and skin treatments, provide e-learning and support learners on completion of training.  We provide learners with a warm welcome, lunch and learning materials and training session.  Models are used for practical sessions and the co-ordination of these models is vital to deliver successful training.


Full description: 

As our Administrative Apprentice, you will be responsible to our Training Director and will assist with varied administrative duties, including:

·         Perform routine office and administrative duties which include but are not limited to filing, faxing, photocopying, minute-taking, stock checking, printing information leaflets, preparing patient information packs and emailing learners with important information regarding their training. Helping to develop efficient systems.  Co-ordinating course bookings and diaries.

·         Communicate with customers and business associates via e-mail, telephone and in person as required. 

·         Use the in-house software to perform administrative duties to ensure accurate recording of client information.

·         Provide assistance to other members of staff as required.

·         Accepting and directing incoming calls.

·         Taking customer information sensitively, discreetly and accurately.

·         Offer, prepare and serve beverages to patients attending the clinic/salon.

·         Manage appointments and diaries on paper based system and electronically.

·         Welcome patients and visitors on arrival at the salon/clinic and complete the necessary paperwork

·         Engage in conversation with patients and keep them informed.

 General duties include:

·         Carry out Health and Safety duties as required

·         Carry out any other duties which fall within the general areas of responsibility of this post

·         To be responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer care. 

·         Training room set up

Skills required: 

  •   A good understanding of IT essential plus knowledge of social media.  The candidate will need to be extremely well organised and efficient with attention to detail.
  •  Good Literacy and numeracy skills (further training will be provided)
  •  Good communication skills. 
  •  Effective listening skills

Qualifications required: 

Anticipated that you would have a Level 2 Business Admin or IT qualification already.  A good level of Maths and English is desirable as well as IT, computer or social media skills.

Training to be Provided: Level 3 in Business Admin – one day per week at college plus Functional Skills in English, Maths and IT if required
