Over the last 7 years, we have been integral to Liverpool’s transforming nightlife, creating some of the city’s most unique and award-winning venues Graffiti Spirits Group has become Liverpool’s leading independent bar and restaurant group, was founded by John Ennis and Matt Farrell in 2007 with just two members of staff, £200, and a lot of ambition.

Their first venue, Santa Chupitos, was launched in 2009, and since then the talented duo has helped carve out Liverpool’s burgeoning eating and drinking scene with their unique offerings, from urban smokehouses and the UK’s first Rodizio pizza restaurant to high end cocktail bars and underground mezcal hangouts.

The group currently operates six successful venues dotted throughout Liverpool’s foodie hubs, and has big plans for expansion both within and outside the UK, with the company presently growing at a rate of one new venue every eighteen months.

We are proud as a company to develop everything in house; from the planning, menus, interior design and the day-to-day running of all of our venues, our dedicated team work hard to produce the best possible experience for our guests. Growing at a rate of one new venue every 18 months, we have very exciting plans to go further afield over the next few years.

Featuring a pop up restaurant and the finest street food, alongside cocktails, deli products, craft beers, wines and spirits, the market will be bringing something new to the city’s burgeoning food and drink scene. This as well as imminent openings in Manchester and a continued presence in London, means that the future is promising for this young and dynamic brand.


Short description

Graffiti Spirits Group are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic and confident person to join our team as a part time social media intern. The role will include engaging with followers and guests via social media platforms to increase footfall and interaction with the brands and venues.

Full description: 

  • Responsibilities would include:
  • Being active on and across all of our 7 social media channels including the following platforms: Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of social media channels with a strong focus on Instagram. Your role will include posting, creating and optimizing content, sourcing content
  • Interacting with followers and other brands on their Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram whilst generating engagement on our own social media channels
  •  Driving brand awareness through social media communication
  • Research and implementation of social trends in the industry and what competitors are doing
  • Be proactive and interactive within the venues to gather material for use on social media channels


Skills required:

You must:

  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Be a highly organised and motivated individual who has an ability to set independent deadlines and adhere to them 
  • Be extremely proactive and reactive to followers, industry trends, and competitor actions
  • Have a passion for digital marketing, social media and content creation
  • Have the ability to handle multiple social media sites simultaneously
  • Be fun and friendly

Qualifications required: GCSE’s grades A-C in English, Maths and ICT are desirable for this role. 


Training to be Provided: 

IT Diploma to include visits every 3-4 weeks for workplace assessment. This course also offers the option of an apprentice attending College once per week to attend knowledge sessions of 3 hours if it suits the apprentice and the employer.  If the post-holder requires Functional Skills qualifications then there is the need for attendance at additional 2 hour knowledge sessions for 10 weeks (for either English or Maths) at the start of the programme at a City of Liverpool College centre in the city centre. 



Important Information to be Considered:

Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by the Government for non-levy paying employers. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution.
