Their first venue, Santa Chupitos, was launched in 2009, and since then the talented duo has helped carve out Liverpool’s burgeoning eating and drinking scene with their unique offerings, from urban smokehouses and the UK’s first Rodizio pizza restaurant to high end cocktail bars and underground mezcal hangouts.
