An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HE Administrator in one of the country’s largest Colleges.

The City of Liverpool College Group serves 12,000 learners each year from a diverse variety of backgrounds. With state-of-the-art facilities, the College is home to ground breaking innovation and involved in a wide variety of exciting new developments across the city.

We are looking for a candidate who will support Head of HE and academic staff in a number of programme areas relating to HE. This will include dealing with enquiries from staff and students, supporting updating and collection of the College’s HE public information, supporting collection of the required HE student records and taking minutes at meetings.

The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work flexibly, and have good communication skills. You will hold a Business administration or equivalent qualification/relevant experience at the advanced level 4 or willingness to complete this, or any degree level qualification. You will also be required to hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, coupled with an advanced IT qualification or relevant experience in using Office applications
