Vacancy Description:

We have an excellent job opportunity with a leading Company who is committed to delivering a quality service. The role involves working within a friendly team undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties include:

  • call handling
  • liaising with clients (including customer facing),
  • marketing properties via websites,
  • promoting properties to prospective tenants via telephone and email,
  • managing the reporting,
  • authorisation and timescales of maintenance jobs, 
  • diary management, typing,
  • filing and other administrative tasks as required.

Skills Required:

  • PC Literate
  • Experience within the industry would be a plus
  • Typing Proficient
  • Customer Skills

Personal Qualities required:

  • Polite
  • Organised
  • Good telephone Manner
  • Time Managed
  • Good Common Sense

 

Qualifications Required:

Good Levels of English, Maths and IT

 

Training to be provided:

Apprentice Business Admin Level 2

 

Expected Duration:

12 months

 

Working Week:

37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

 

Future Prospects:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship the post will be reviewed and there may be the opportunity of a full-time position.

 

Other Important Information:

Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by the Government for non-levy paying employers. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution.
