Working Week:   30 hours per week. Usual working office hours are 9am – 5.30pm, 4 days per week

Weekly Wage: £111

We organise exceptional events, and perfect PR for large scale public festivals and consumer events to niche corporates. Our experienced team works across all industries, from fashion and retail to food and drink, consumer and B2B.

 We own and organise the annual Liverpool Food and Drink Festival in Sefton Park, which is celebrating its 11th year by attracting more than 50,000 visitors.  We also hold our Spring Food and Drink Festival which is now in its 5th year for 2019 and we are expanding our festival portfolio to Manchester for 2018 with Manchester Eats.

 

Vacancy Description: 

 Based in our offices in Aigburth, Liverpool this is an exciting role for someone wanting to work in administrative capacity to promote our own and our clients’ diverse indoor or outdoor events, which are one-off events small to large scale productions. Learners will have the opportunity to demonstrate competence in event promotion.  The apprentice will also develop general skills and knowledge required in all aspects of producing a show or live event.    

Working under the guidance of an experienced and professional team your key tasks and functions will be:

  •          Researching and generating new leads for internal events
  •          Answering the telephone and dealing with general queries
  •          Providing administration support
  •          Managing Event Databases
  •          Assisting the marketing of internal events
  •          Working on-site at internal events

 

Skills Required   

  • Word and Excel proficient
  • Good command of English – verbally and written
  • Hardworking
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to deal with confidential information 
  • Professional manner
  • Knowledge of essential media would be an advantage
  • Confident and polite telephone manner

Qualifications Required   

GCSE grades A-C in English, Maths and ICT are essential

  • Able to work as part of a small busy team 
  • Able to take instruction
  • Able to work to a high level 

 

Training to be provided; Business Admin Level 2/3
