Temporary Enrolment Assistant

The College is looking for enthusiastic and resourceful team-players to join our pool of Enrolment Assistants. You will provide a professional and effective administrative support to the Business Support team across a range of functions, in particular with customer-focused enrolment data collection and inputting to ensure college policy, audit and conditions of funding requirements are met.

You will frequently act as the first point of contact for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, consistently acting as a positive ambassador for the College Group.

The hours required will be flexible between 17th August 2018 and 30th September 2018 but likely to be a minimum of 16 hours per week up to a maximum of 35 hours per week. The hours will be between 9:30am – 8:00pm. Can you also please state what hours you be able to work within your cover letter. Full training will be provided.
