The Academy Bakery

The Academy Bakery’s purpose built facilities provide our talented bakers and confectioners with a commercially run environment in which to hone their techniques.  And after many hours in training they produce the highest quality hand made goods, ready for purchase in the college’s bakery shop and cafés.
